LB Special Projects

LB Special Projects is an excellent company. I am very happy with the results of my project. They took over a kitchen and bath remodel that had been running for eight months. The toughest part of the job was correcting the work of the previous contractor. So much time, materials and money had been wasted and getting someone to come in behind another contractor is a real challenge. However, LB Special Projects sized up the effort, figured out what had to be done, estimated the work and did a fantastic job. They finished the job in what I think was record time. One of the many projects that they took care of, and that amazes me the most, was the floor patch in the kitchen. They managed to find the right sized planks to patch a 100-year old floor. They then refinished the entire first floor. It looks amazing. I'm very happy with the work and their professionalism and I will call them back for more projects. I highly recommend them.

Lio was great to work with. We have used him for several projects already. This project was trim and siding on an enclosed porch, and wood T&G ceiling. I am an architect so somewhat picky about the details. He asked the right questions, and made suggestions, that made the work come out great. He is patient, takes his time to do things right, and is very friendly. For our house, we just wanted simple finishes and details at a reasonable price, and Lio's team was a good fit. The projects he has done for us have been simple, durable, and economical. He also has good subs who are very responsive to him.

We had a great experience working with LB Special Projects I had Lio install my sink, garbage disposal, plumbing, and dish washer. He has been one of the most competent and honest persons we have ever worked with. He is our number one person to call.

It was smoothly! The workers were always on time, they were very professional and neat. Everything that Lio and I talked/discussed about the job was done. He is trustworthy and responsible, it is easy dealing with Lio. I am very pleased with my new bathroom, the job was done in a timely manner and it was affordable. I had no headaches whatsoever!!!
