"The first guy that came out to clean my carpet, sofas and mattress did not do a good job at all. He rushed and finished a 2 hr cleaning job in 1 hour. I was very dissatisfied. I called carpet cleaning experts to complain and without hesitation they said they will send another guy out to re clean. Doug came out to clean the following week and this time the job was done right, he was thorough and professional, he even took pictures of the noticeable spots that was still on my sofas and carpet before he cleaned. After he was done cleaning, I was very happy with how much cleaner and better my carpet and sofas looked and smelled the second time around, and the spots were gone or much less noticeable. I will call and request Doug again if I should need them in the future."

"Eh. Thats what it was, eh. We have a 2 level house, 2,400 sq ft and just needed a basic clean. Had 2 cleaners for 2 hours. After 2 hours they had not cleaned any of the 3 bedrooms, just the 2 baths upstairs on the 2nd floor. And in the master bath didn't clean the glass in the shower which I thought was weird. Downstairs did okay, but not great. Didn't dust under furniture, etc. There are too many good cleaners out there, I would not recommend this company."

"Edwin Julia from Duct Kings did a fantastic job checking and cleaning our clothes dryer vent! He also installed a new exhaust dryer outlet as we were having a problem with mice entering through our very outdated one. Even though i am very careful about cleaning the lint trap on the dryer each time , the amount of lint that still got into the vent was unbelievable and I will now hire Duct Kings yearly for an evaluation and vent cleaning. Edwin is competent, kind, hard working and honest. I highly recommend him and Duct Kings! They are a very reliable and a five star company for the reasons cited above!"
