"I attend the Quincy Mosque and Isam was given a contract to renovate completely a house the mosque bought next to the mosque. He was given the contract of $48K to get the two family house ready in January 2017. He was given $25K deposit and as of May 2018 he has done nothing. Both units are down to the studs and he told the mosque the house will be ready in 2 months which was June 2017, then he said Oct 2017, then he said Nov 2017 and then he said if the house is not finished by the end of Dec 2017 that he would pay the mosque $1,000 a week (which is the amount of money being lost as the house is not rented) for any delay after Dec 2017. To this date he has not given any money back to the Mosque. We used this contractor as he attends the mosque thinking that he would have the house of worship which he attends best interests. This was a big mistake. Do not trust this guy, any guy who screws a house of worship should not trusted. His license to be a contractor needs to be taken away. Do not do business with this company, you will regret it big time."

"Job was estimated to take 4-6 weeks, took 5+ months bc after we put the first deposit down owner Ely had only one poor guy doing all the demo and rebuilding of our porch. Ely is severely unprofessional. His own plumber would not come when scheduled, holding up the job repeatedly. My wife handled it all like a pro. I am in the military and if I had my way it would not have been pretty. Mistakes and bad communication cost us an additional 1k+ and added weeks. The work was ok and afterwards things like not labeling the breakers of the electric panel they installed and poor installation of the front door/storm door combination were not addressed. The worst part was this Ely telling my wife he didn't have to honor the contract and blaming her for the bad job they did. He was very rude and badmouthed everybody from our architect to the inspectors.. We have additional major renovation but my wife hired a great company that cost more but you live and learn. give them 3 stars bc the one guy who did all the building Luis, is excellent.There are only two other workers, including an electrician. They were very respectful and try to do their best. The work was ok but the owner's utter lack of professionalism drove us away."
