"As a testament to how happy we were with our first renovation provided by the Curtice Group in 2021, which provided completely new kitchen/dining/mudroom/bath, we hired Scott and his team again in 2024-25 for another major renovation. This job was composed of 3 main parts: a gut remodel of our main bathroom, renovation of a large attic space (about 700 sq ft), and whole-home conversion from steam radiators (gas) to heat pumps including removal of all radiators and a chimney. The bathroom now is attractive and more functional, the attic adds a large amount of useful space as an office/kid room/guest area, and central air makes a more comfortable climate. I’m a big fan of the design/build concept, because you really don’t want to separate those two elements into different contractors, and if you find a talented company, they can handle all aspects of the job fluidly. Scott Curtice has a real knack for design, he is attentive and cares about details, and he will perform carpentry and touch-up work as needed. Moreover, he handled all the project coordination so that we could do the jobs that we do well, which do not include home renovation."

We live in Tyngsborough and he came to our house from Weymouth and spent the day measuring everything in the house and provided us with an outstanding renderings and diagrams of our house from all the floors. We didn't have any original drawings and neither did the town wit details. Richards work was exemplary and nothing short of outstanding. He really knows his stuff and he kept in contact the entire time. We asked for the changes and he made them to a second diagram with a 3D layout we could show to the contractors for the remodel.
