out via an email from their website over the past month, we have not received a call back.
Apparent issues:
- 1) there are two large sinkholes next to the house right above where the new system was installed, about a foot deep each; each 3 to 4 feet wide by 6 feet long
- 2) there are exposed areas of the system which may or may not are supposed to be exposed (again, can't get a call back to confirm either way)
3) the final grading on the area disturbed by the installation was not returned to it's original, level grade; which also doesn't match the as-built drawings on file with the town
4) the loam used for the final grade contained a lot of gravel, therefore the new lawn is filled with gravel
As it stands it appears that this is a tail-light warranty and the vendor is NOT standing behind their work, nor being responsive. Buyer beware of this vendor. If I would only receive a call back, it would go a long way in helping me understand where we stand with these open issues and their willingness to help resolve or not.
