He came when he said he would, looked at my front yard, which had been mangled by another person who shall remain nameless, and promised he could re-grade and re-seed my lawn, which at that time was full of weeds. He came the NEXT DAY, with Ryan and his beautiful dog, Bentley, took out the weeds, graded the lawn with fresh loam, then re-seeded. He and Ryan also put in a great new concrete walkway!
