"A couple of years ago we had ice dam problems & a crew (not MMP Const) hammered the roof pretty hard. Though we had a mild winter last year, we decided to have the roof checked for damage this year. This was an Angie's list deal. Terry and Raphael from MMP arrived on time and did a thorough inspection of the exterior roof (a few minor repairs were completed-no other problems) and checked the attic and interior walls for water damage (no problems there). They were competent and efficient and I would definitely use this company again. Actually, since they said they do ice dam and snow removal (from roof), I'll most definitely call them first!!"

"My wife and I moved into our home in the spring of 2022. Our house is 20 years old and it was our dream to redo our kitchen. We had no experience working with contractors before and when we asked around our neighborhood for recommendations, Perry Brothers came up over and over. We came up with a wish list which required renovating the kitchen, taking down walls, refinishing and replacing floors on the first and second floor, putting in a beam and crown molding and repainting large pieces of our home. My wife and I have a one year old and another one due in March. "The plan was to turn my two car detached garage into living space and then connect it to the main house with a hallway, along with turning the small storage room that it was connecting to, into a half bath. Ryan and Rob were quick on responding the moment I put in the estimate request and they came over the same day just to get an idea if the work could be done. We went over multiple details and they were ready to get started quickly. Work estimate was on par with what others were indicating but with Level Builders I felt like I was being listened to, and working with what I needed versus steering me elsewhere. Project took a little longer than expected since we changed the format a bit and decided to turn that projected half bath into a full bath with washer and dryer hookups. Whenever an issue arose during the construction, I was always informed immediately and asked what I wanted to do. I felt like I had a say in everything all throughout. "I hired Quality Construction (QC) to build a 22x24 two car garage, started from preparing the site. Turns out the site has ledge, QC worked with the foundation guy and did it very reasonable price. QC framed in garage, matched existing vinyl siding to house, iced and water shield the whole roof. QC installed garage door and garage side entrance door. QC installed gutter for the garage and also a French drain behind the garage, paved a new drive way leading to the garage. I also hired QC to build a deck between the house and the garage. Very thing comes out so beautiful excellent job. There is no issue working with QC. I really appreciate his workmanship and efficiency according to the schedule. I definitely will hire him for my future projects again. As a matter of fact, two of my neighbors have hired him for their projects."
