"Finding a builder who can take your idea (aka Dream) and make it a reality is not easy. Norman Builders created a house for me that exceeded my expectations. Ryan Norman provided me direction before the existing house demolition started. He connected me with others needed for pre-build items. Norman Builders then built exactly what was designed on paper. What sets Norman Builders apart from others is their communication and commitment to understanding what the customer wants. Ryan and his assistant Collin were always available and communicated at every milestone along the way. There was never a time I did not know what was going on or what I needed to decide. The contractors they use are highly professional and care about their part of the build. I love my new house! I highly recommend them and appreciate all Ryan and his team did for me."

"I needed my entryway stairs and porches replaced due to age. I found MMP Construction here on Angie’s list, and contacted them through the website. Matt, the owner, called me back the next day and we arranged a time for him to come and give me an estimate. He showed up exactly when he said he would, and emailed me the estimate the next day. When I hired him, he told me upfront that it would be a while before he could start due to an ongoing project he was working on. I appreciated that. When the time came for him to start, there were some delays, mainly weather related, and he was very conscientious about calling me and letting me know what was going on and when to expect them. Although the project took longer than I expected to be finished, I am very happy with the finished product. Matt is excellent at communication. He took care of all permits, and arranged all inspections. His crew was always on time. They did an excellent job cleaning up after they were done, and the finished project was fantastic. I would definitely recommend MMP Construction, and would not hesitate to use them again in the future."

"

Richard met with me to understand what my objectives were for the project.  He guided every step, through his innovative website with incredibly helpful articles, as well as personally through phone calls and meetings.  He created detailed drawings of the existing property as well as the deck design which enabled educated conversations with town officials for permit approvals, as well as to estimate costs for the project with various suppliers.  He was a great sounding board for different options which enabled me to come to educated decisions despite never having done this particular project before.

Richard is a tremendous asset and I would highly recommend anyone embarking on a home renovation to employ his services.  He will support you throughout the project and in the end save you countless time and money that would otherwise have been wasted.  His fee is extremely reasonable relative to the information, and counseling he provides.

I will definitely hire Richard again for my next project and look forward to working with him again.

"Just wanted to share how DiOrio Builders and Designers completely fixed a roofing issue that had been causing minor leaks for years, and grown worse in the past winter. These guys are elite yet ethical contractors, because they don’t shy away from getting to the root of the problem even if it turns out be labor intensive, or technical to fix. DiOrio Builders and Designers were willing to fully peel back the layers, do the detective work needed to find the issues, and they were honest with me about what needed to be done. I really appreciate that DiOrio didn’t try to skip steps or find a shortcut. All problems underneath the shingles are now fixed. They placed porch roof shingles on neatly, and the new shingles shine next to the older house roof! 5 out of five for this job!"

"Thanks largely to the project manager, Mike, our bathroom addition was completed on budget and on time. Two gifted carpenters, Dan and John, did impeccable work and the subcontractors were great."

"Khaled, of Abalia arrived on time, and quickly assessed a loose shingle issue with the roof of our detached garage. Security rope over the roof, ladder to the lower edge of the roof, 10 minutes "on site", and done. Good as new. Could not have asked for / expected better service."

"We recently hired HS General Contracting for multiple indoor and outdoor projects at our home. As always, Humberto's company provided excellent communication and follow up throughout the duration of the project. We highly recommend HS."

"Pedro and his team were excellent. They were professional and timely, hard-working and meticulous, and trustworthy. Best of all (at least for me), is that Pedro is VERY responsive and his team is assigned to get your job done and done correctly. They show up on time every day, and were willing to work late into the evening to hit the project milestones. Pedro was 100% clear about the costs, and he made sure I fully understood the areas where the costs were not known or where the costs could possibly change. For example, he said, "If you open up this wall, I'm not sure what we are going to find." I told him to proceed and his team opened up that wall and found that the previous contractor had installed literally zero insulation. Pedro met with me, reviewed what his team had found, went over all of our options, gave me his recommendation, and only proceeded when I completely approved the additional work that would be done and the additional cost entailed. Pedro is a true partner and his team does great work. I cannot recommend them enough. My wife and I have already booked them for another job renovating a first floor porch and creating a roof over the open-air second floor porch."

"Effective and good job. Hiring them for more handyman service."
