"4 Carpets were not cleaned as I expect, so I used my personal vacuum cleaner to try to remove areas of white talc powder /white dust. Stains still present on the carpets. Thank you."

"Joe did an excellent job installing the carpet in our stairwell. He shared his legitimate concern about our choice of carpet, and actually showed us an example of why it was not the best choice. He could've said nothing, did the install, and left with the money. But instead, he helped us pick out a new carpet. He was able to return the next day, and had the new carpet in hand. Very Professional service with great quality. Thanks Joe"
