"When I had the system installed I paid extra for a heat pump that would work to 5 degrees F. When I called for service I was told I was not supposed to use the system for heat. Which is absurd because that one of the things it is for. I was then told they would send someone out but it would be $175 for the first 15minutes and $90 for every half houri after that. Adam and Steve completed the work and were completely professional and super efficient. They answered my questions and made sure I understood the work being performed. They worked with my schedule and were fantastic. I had a gas hook-up for a change from electric stove to gas stove - they even took care of the permits and inspection.
