Top notch vikki had her guys here asap to check my old a/c unit out when the tech said it was gone that Monday the appraiser came out 2 days after that had quote and a week after that install in 1 day . Guys where awesome new what they where doing had it done in no time... highly recommend for any a/c our heating issues awesome people..thank you advance especially vikki she was awesome.

Terrible customer service He created giant messes and lied to me on multiple occasions. I will say anything to get the project and not actually answer questions. When they came to give the quote, I asked them where they would put the heat pump and I said behind the house, but when they went to install it, it would not fit behind the house according to code. I constantly had to hound them to finish the job. They started in the spring, and then they did not finish until the winter, after saying they could start in 2 weeks. They left me without heat on below-freezing days because they were not finished. They did not honor parts of the contract. charged for service even though the contract says it is free for 3 years. They tried to charge me for things they did not install(humidifier). Installed the ventilation system over some sill rot. I left gaping holes in my home for months. I had to hound them every step of the way to get them to do the next part of the project. They were replacing propane and oil with gas and did not tell me I had to remove the propane to do so, and then the town would not permit their work and I had to pay out of pocket for more conversions. I had to hound them to get permits, including an oil tank removal permit, which they never pulled and I still do not have! The end result was an expensive system that I think is misconfigured and ill-fitting for my home (it does not remove humidity properly). If you would like to do the project management yourself, hire this company. That said, there was one very nice technician, but I would not have them install anything.

Fast service. We did this job 6 mos ago but I held rating until after air conditioning season. Worked perfectly and the ductless system was both quiet and inexpensive to run. Couldnâ  t be happier

Aron did a excellent job repairing my hot water tank. He replaced the control valve and it still did not worked. He took it all apart right to the pilot light and found the orface was blocked. He is very professional and a good personalty.He was a pleasure to have at my home and he is an asset to your company.

When I hired AEC to install a new central A/C system, they told me it would take a week. Started Monday, finished Friday, right on schedule. There was an issue where it did not start up the first time I went to use it 2 weeks later, but they promptly came out and repaired the loose wire.

Hands down the BEST!! Price was right!! They are so nice always a phone call a way with any questions!!

Great service

I called them for a basic service the day after Snomagedon2015 fully expecting not to get anyone out for at least a few days. Someone was at my door within 3hrs! Answers all my silly questions, provided helpful information and advice and cleaned up when he was done. Will definitely be calling them back for future service and installation when the time comes!

Hiring this company for the central A/C install was the biggest mistake we did. First of all they installed a wrong 2 ton equipment where as our house needs a 3 ton. The house specially the upper level was not cooling at all . Besides within 1 week the lower level wasn't cooling enough too because of the leak. My son has Asthma and suffered last and this summer too . This company doesn't care. We have filed a complaint with BBB and they don't respond, despite being BBB accredited.

Prompt service; called and got an appointment the next day. Cleaned all (three) of my condensers. Only thing that the service tech didn't have was new filters for them. I had one that was permanent (needed cleaning) one that I purchased last week, and one that I still have to get myself (wasn't sure of the size until the technician measured for me in the VERY HOT ATTIC!!) Now I have to go back up there myself to put it in after I find the right size.

Showed up in window of time promised, fixed problem quickly and offered ideas on other plans for future services. Price was reasonable.

well versed. very cooperative look foward to working with them. Did very good job. work was done when they said it would be. Did not leave any debris. each day clean up after themselves and did all that I asked. Would hire again for a similar project

He arrived on time, was very professional, and did a great job. He also cleaned up after the job which was great. Reasonable in price as well.

Advanced Energy Concepts contacted me within minutes of submitting the request through servicemagic and was able to setup an appointment for the next day. They kept me in the loop by contacting me to let me know that they did not forget about me but the technician fell a little behind with the customer prior to me and will get over to my house as soon as he could to give me an estimate. The estimate was reasonable, and they were able provide guidance on how to temporary stop the water flow from the cracked pipe, and schedule another time to come out to provide a more permanent solution by replacing the cracked cast iron.

They were wonderful. Can out promptly and fixed the issue with our furnace quickly.

They were initially responsive and personable on the phone and less expensive than others. The technician who came out was not very communicative. I called for clarification of the contract and had to call back in a week as there was no return call.

Helpful initial estimate consultation. Very clear on suggestions for resolution of issues and improvements. AC techs very friendly and patiently answered questions from curious homeowner during repairs. Addressed comments and concerns as well. Will use them again for further improvements to system.

They were very thorough, but I felt their price was a little high compared to the others. I would say they did the most research to figure out what was needed for my home. I most likely will be going with another contractor you recommended, but have not finalized my decision at this point.

Quick, through service.

My experience was very good. AEC representative came to quote on time and provided me with all the information i needed. Our issue was less serious than we had originally thought and AEC provided us with the quotes we requested.

I obtained a quote from Advanced Energy in advance & detailed the work that I needed done. The representative that quoted me advised me that she was "quoting high" to be on the safe side. The total bill was double what I had been quoted ($250.00 was the quote, the total bill was $595.00). The work itself was satisfactory, but took double the time that was estimated as well. There were no "surprises" with the job so I don't understand why it would take so much longer. I assume that is why the bill doubled as well, but who knows. I did not contact Advanced Energy with my complaint as I've found that nothing ever gets done regardless.

First of all, the plumber was great: hardworking, tidy, and friendly. But first the administrator sent the permit application to the wrong address (it had to return to her in the mail before this mistake was noted). Then she left messages to book the inspector in the wrong phone mailbox (in this case it was our own initiative that set the matter straight). These mistakes made it so that a whole month went by between rough and finished plumbing, setting our entire project back by that much. We had to be on the case throughout, and she seemed very nonchalant about it, and also never apologized. Great plumber, but no recommendation.
