We had a phenomenal experience with Bay Point- so good that I am writing this 2 minutes after they’ve left! We had a ducted heat pump, minisplit (in basement) and electric hot water heater installed. Sam and his team are efficient, considerate and skilled. We have a 4 month old baby and they worked around her nap schedule and sleeping location changes and were so understanding and kind (I know we’re a little crazy for doing this with a 4 month old in the house) Sam even helped us with the MassSave rebates! I would 100% recommend Bay Point.
