After removing the tree and grinding the stump, they claimed it would be an extra charge to remove all the debris left by the stump grinding. They finally returned to complete the job, but it caused unpleasantness for both parties. Aside from that their work was excellent."

"I cannot say enough positive things about Palmer Tree Service. Their response time was immediate when I contacted them for a quote, and Gustavo was very friendly and knowledgeable when he came out. Their quote was BY FAR the best out of three other companies, and their work was top-notch and worth every penny. We had a huge hemlock completely taken down, along with two other mature trees thinned out- none of which were easy to access with heavy equipment. The arborists were obviously masters at their job and amazing to watch, as much of it was done by hand. After the job was done, they cleaned up every last log and piece of sawdust; you couldn't tell they were ever there. I would give 10 stars if I could... and I am a very critical person!"
