They also showed up on time for the quote. For the job itself, they were a little late but they explained why (traffic) and Boston is a very traffic loaded area. Totally acceptable as I think they are quite honest. The cost was also quite acceptable when I compared them to the other quotes I received. Hector the estimator was very professional, actually listened and understood what I was saying. I would hire this crew again."

"I cannot say enough positive things about Palmer Tree Service. Their response time was immediate when I contacted them for a quote, and Gustavo was very friendly and knowledgeable when he came out. Their quote was BY FAR the best out of three other companies, and their work was top-notch and worth every penny. We had a huge hemlock completely taken down, along with two other mature trees thinned out- none of which were easy to access with heavy equipment. The arborists were obviously masters at their job and amazing to watch, as much of it was done by hand.
