He has an amazing attention to detail, meticulous, and puts safety above all else. When he realized my boiler couldn’t be put in just yet because of further water damage, he had a water remediation company come in TWO hours to instantly start the process. When he realized my hoses needed updating, he made sure to call it to my attention and had them switched out. For work outside of his scope, he still makes sure to let you know what’s the best for future proofing your home. Above all, he’s communicative, on time, honest, and always there when I have a question. Plus, you can tell he really cares about his craft, and that translates to the job. He chooses the best solution for your situation. My only complaint is I wish he did literally everything else outside of plumbing! I’d want a Michael version of a carpenter, electrician, every day handyman. He‘s that good!"

"These guys were extremely fast to respond , visit the site and generate a quote and all in a matter of a few hours from the time I inquired on Home Advisor. Their price was very reasonable but they presented only one type of a High efficiency boiler install option for a wall hung unit to replace my old low efficiency floor unit. I was not thrilled with the ideal of hanging a new furnace on my cinder block chimney so I decided to wait and get more quotes from others. However I went with a different contractor which charged a bit more but offered a floor unit ."

"Our Burnham boiler has been giving us issues this winter after just purchasing the new house over the summer. We've come home a number of times to no heat and a cold house, but had luckily managed to YouTube our way into figuring out fixes. This time unfortunately we couldn't figure it out and needed to search for an HVAC contractor. Green Energy was the first company I could even get to answer my call. At 9am Melissa was able to set me up with a day of appointment, Terry was at our house by 1pm. Since this boiler type is still new to us, Terry was great with explaining the workings of the equipment, and just some general tips for upkeep. It ended up being a simple fix with a loose relay, however I would of never been able to figure that out on my own. Terry ended up also doing a general servicing and cleaning of the unit, which they recommend annually to help the equipment last longer (we're positive the previous owners never did it). I would highly recommend Terry, he was knowledgeable and overall good guy. We also plan to sign up for their annual membership program and use Green Energy moving forward."
