"From the start of the project of the response, time of less than 15 minutes of receiving a phone call, The tech, Steve Unger, was here within a few hours and was able to get my AC unit temporarily running to get me through the week until we could schedule a replacement. Steve was amazing.! then I was greeted with a visit with Manny who sold me on the value of HL Bowman partnering unit with Home Depot made by Honeywell. It was much more cost-effective and seems to be doing a tremendous job at cooling my very tough A-frame situation at my condo. Chris and Jake were the install personnel that worked very efficiently and had the unit up and running within five hours. They also were very personable and took tremendous care of my needs. Lastly, I had a follow up the day after it was installed with Jesse who did a fabulous job inspecting and making sure the unit was running efficiently and properly as well as his knowledge of showing me proper thermostat settings. "These guys were extremely fast to respond , visit the site and generate a quote and all in a matter of a few hours from the time I inquired on Home Advisor. Their price was very reasonable but they presented only one type of a High efficiency boiler install option for a wall hung unit to replace my old low efficiency floor unit. I was not thrilled with the ideal of hanging a new furnace on my cinder block chimney so I decided to wait and get more quotes from others. However I went with a different contractor which charged a bit more but offered a floor unit ."
