My heat was not working. Sam immediately responded and was able to come within hours. He diagnosed the issue. found the necessary part, and installed it all same day. Even better he was extremely nice. Iâ ll surely be using Sam for all my heating and AC servicing moving forward.

My boiler was working fine; they came to service both units. The first time they turned the first floor on, it worked through the night. The next day, they heard a bang, and water began to run out of the boiler. Now I have to spend $1100 to get it fixed, and the plumber is not 100% sure if this will fix it or if I will need a new boiler. After seeing some reviews, I decided to call another plumber. Sad!

Sam just come here to my home spend 20 minutes, left without repairing nothing, and I paid him $ 95.00 because he said he checked troubleshooting. He said to YOU HAVE TO CHANGE THE BOILER this is very old and has 28 years. I asked him how much will cost me and said about $10,000 dollars. I think this gentleman is not professional. I said this because another heating company came over here and get the job done and I only spend $500.00. I do not know happen with this mister this day. Need to be more serious.

My water heater broke overnight so I needed quick service. Sam called me right away and came to my residence in about 3 hours. He uninstalled and took away the broke heater. He told me $150 plus parts. No parts where installed and after 10mins he charged me $195. You will be fool enough if you hire him. Please read other reviews. I wish I read other review prior to calling him. HomeAdvisor folks needs to do the better job on reading the reviews and taking a action on that.

"You son order the emergency service I told him how much I charge he said please come and change the relay After I Truble shooting the unite I discovered that the relay switch was good no need to replace I tested all circuits of the walking fridge test all components you did not want to pay ,why because I was honest and I did not change a good working part I am sure if I replaced the part that your son asked me to do and charge you triple what I charged you you will be very happy But no I am honest and I will be that way despite your comments thank you for reminding me"

Worst service ever. The tech charged me a $150 diagnostic fee on Saturday, then came back on Monday morning to change the vent damper, which took him 5 minutes. He didnt clean the burner, I pointed out the flames were yellow, when they are supposed to be blue, he said that is normal. He charged me an additional $650 for part and labor. The part costs around $100-150. You are no longer welcomed in my home, this should be considered stealing. $500 for labor that took literally 5 minutes and no other maintenance to my furnace. Nobody should use this company if you dont want to be ripped off. NOBODY.

"You asked for emergency service I explained before I came that if it needed parts will have to get it Monday you said please come I told you emergency service on Saturday I have to charge you the minimum $150 Then in Monday we got the job done and I told you the price before we got there you said please come and do it which we came and got the job done before you got to your job so you will not lose a day pay You been very nasty to me you swore at me just because you do not want to pay I have been very polite and very professional If you did not want the job done you could simply said no thank you you had the choice"

I was charged for the visit which lasted 10 minutes, the plumber looked at my heating and air conditioner and told me it was not the problem. He told me to get the earlier plumber I had to fix a small leak. Tried to charge me $250. I told him it was too much had to pay $200. for his diagnostic visit which I was caught off guard.

"You called us to fix your A/C leak, we showed up 2 Technicians in one hour to trouble shoot the A/C unit. We were very honest with you, we said your problem is not the A/C, the leak from next room from the brand new water heater was installed by another company. You told us do not touch it, I will call the previous plumbing company, we respected that. We only charged you the minimum. So why you are not happy? Did you expect to get free service? We are licensed and insured proper company, we expect to get paid at least the minimum. Anyway, I wish you best of luck in future repairs."

very knowlegable about a complicated new age navien combie gas boiler. performed routine maintenance on the system and made sure everything was in the proper working order before leaving. charged a reasonable price for the complexity of the system. adding to the complexity is the fact that my system also is used for hot water baseboard heating. would recommend

Tankless Water Heater Repair
In my opinion this guy was a crook, he charged me $150 to troubleshoot shoot the problem then wanted to charge me $850 to change a 3 way valve on my Navian combi water heater. So he basically tried to charge me $1,000 to change a part on a unit that costs no more then $2,500. I still had a warranty on the parts so I got if for free so this guy decides to have it mailed to his address instead of mine. When I asked him to call me when he received the part since I no longer wanted his service, he got upset and said he couldn't give it to me and was going to mail it back to Navian. This guy Sam was a real piece of sh!+ in my opinion.

"I charged you $150 for trouble shooting and diagnosis the problem and confirmed the diagnosis with the manufacturer. He sent me the part because I am the licensed plumber, he would not even talk to you, I have spent over one hour on the phone with the manufacturer. Then you told me, can you give me the part because I have my friend will install it for me for free. You want your friend to touch a gas Combi boiler, which contain gas electric and water with in inches of each other, so if he killed himself or blow up your house I will be responsible. We are licensed and insured company, we follow safety protocol. Our duty is to protect you. Thank you."

This company should review how much they needed to charge us and give us back our refund. We are looking into this! Home advisor should verify this company! Sam was very impolite and overcharged us, $390.00 for replacing ingnitor(which he spent less than 10 minutes replacing) in our gas furnace and gave us 3 months warranty. He really has taken advantage of our ignorance about this situation and I think this is a big scam that no one should go through. The ignition kit he used after we looked it up cost only $19.49 (SSN2000 SILICONE NITRIDE UNIVERSAL IGNITER KIT) from Supco. So this man charged $370.00 for labor, less than 10 minutes job, wow!!!!!! He responded first from home advisor by calling us and gave us a choice to come in last night or next morning. We asked for the night because the house was cold, thinking maybe he could reignite it without needing the parts as we said to him. He came in last night and immediately got to know it was the ignitor which needed replacement, this was less than 5 minute troubleshooting. We already suspected that was the problem anyway, but did not know how to replace it. Even though it was said to be replaced very easily, we wanted a professional to do it. He told us our price for the night was $150.00, just for coming. We told him he did not make that known to us. He rudely threw the ignitor he has removed on the floor. He was very rude and impolite, but my husband tried to calm him down and said it's ok we should let him go ahead and replace it the next morning since he needed the part. He came this morning to replace it at 9am, in less than 10 minute he was done. Please watch out and make sure Sam specify his after hours charges to you. I do not think he should have the ability to leave us with the only two choices of fix it or pay $150.00 without fixing, without explaining any emergency charges to us prior to coming. I hope he take note of this and correct himself and work professionally and not dwell on peoples ignorance and make money! Will never, never, never hire him again!!!!
