Great service by Hegarty plumbing today John and Tom worked fantastically to solve our complicated plumbing issues. They are professional and really know their stuff. I used these guys for 2 different jobs - one routine, but urgent. The second not urgent, but complicated. On the urgent job they were very responsive - came right away - and got the job done. On the second job, which involved travel to a relatively remote location (where I own a vacation house), they were easy to deal with in terms of scheduling, came when they said they would, and got a complicated job plumbing done well. Bottom line: very responsive, very professional, very skilled. I would (and do) recommend them without hesitation

They came the next day and got the job done in a day. They were cooperative and quick to do the job. The toilet itself was expensive.

Hegarty was a subcontractor to the contractor I hired to remodel my kitchen. He in turn sent in a variety of different people to do the work and how it went depended on who he sent.
* Close off old kitchen plumbing - fine.
* Install new bathtub - very good, had to go through concrete, tricky job well done.
* Install new bathtub fixtures - junior guy stuck on some brand x tub filler instead of the one I had purchased
* Pipe in an install new kitchen sink and faucet -- He sent in junior people to do the work. Instead of cutting open the dry wall to get to the pipes, the guy tore open the wall with a crow bar leaving a big mess. Later when they installed the faucet, it didn't clear the pipes below and I found one of the faucet pieces in the pile of debris.
Overall, it was not a good experience.

Great. This company was several hundred dollars less than any other estimate I received, but there was no apparent drop in quality so I feel like I got a really good deal. I am happy w/ the quality of the hot water heater they installed and the installation itself. The new one was bigger than the old one and that led to some installation issues that cause the work to take longer than estimated, but the price was not increased.

They did a good job and I would recommend them. They were very reliable and professional. They were a good group of people. Gerry, the owner, was very professional and very knowledgeable. They are very reliable as well. I have already recommended him to others and they have all been happy.
