He informed of the risk of damaging the lead pipe and said he would wave his fee in case of damage. He cleared the drain and suggested Replacing the vent cap He was personable and polite and charged a reasonable $265 for an hour and a half of service"

"The service we had was to have a slow-running drain unclogged. The work was fine and as we expected. Our complaint would be that we paid twice what I thought it would cost to clear one drain. The only reason we went ahead with the work was that the drain had been clogged for several days and we just wanted it cleaned. we will not be going through Angis list for our next service."
