Dave was excellent. I was hoping it didnâ t cost so much but I guess overall it was worth it and I now understand my entire seeer line and what the problem was that initiated the backup.

Showed up promptly within the time window and cleared my drain quickly and efficiently. Was very transparent with the pricing. I hope to never have this problem again but would hire him again without question. I grabbed two business cards and will happily refer him to friends and family.

Got the job done

Was able to come unclog a tub/sink on a Saturday evening with a few hours' notice.

He came next day, fixed the issue and found a broken sewer pipe. We are still closing on the house so it was good to find this issue before hand.

Called late on a Tuesday afternoon with an emergency when the shutoff valve on the water line to our toilet failed. We called through a third party service but talked to Julio, who got one of his crew out a few hours later. Julio kept us informed when the guy would arrive, who then fixed the problem less than 15 minutes and replaced it with a better overall valve.

Julio called when he was just 15 minutes behind as a heads-up. When he arrived he pulled in the heavy roto rooter machine and cleared roots out. The charge was $250 for the job. I paid less with another service in the past but Julio did a better and more thorough job than the other. I plan on asking for semi-annual cleanouts and hoping for lower price when scheduled in advance. He also offered camera and and more thorough cleaning but that would have cost more than double and then the roots will still return next year.

Julio was prompt, professional, and was able to immediately identify the problem. He replaced all old drains in an afternoon.

They came on time. Three things had to be done including installing a insinkerator, putting in a new faucet and changing a shower head. They assessed the situation, went out and got the parts and then finished the job expeditiously. The jobs were done quickly and cleanly. I would certainly hire them again for any plumbing jobs
