Richard called the day I put my request in and was there the following day, ready to do the job. Fixed my outside spigot without complicating the job and overcharging for it. He was fast, friendly and prompt. Would definitely recommend!

Rick called us about an hour after submitting our request and was over in about an hour! The service is amazing! He made quick work of our backed up kitchen sink and we were up and running in no time. We now have ‘our’ guy and will never go to anyone else!

Rick was outstanding. Right on time and right on his quote. The guy doesn't waste a single motion while he's working. I had a glitch with one of the parts I purchased to install and Rick worked around my issue and gave me enough time to get a new faucet and still got everything done on time. I would most definitely have Rick come back to do additional work for me. A Pro!

Awesome. Rick was by far the easiest and worry free of all the different contractors I had to hire for my homes and later I hired him for work at my mothers home. Rick always answered his phone and kept in contact with me the entire 2 projects. He also provided me with some great references for other aspects of my project.

My experience with Rick from A-1 Plumbing was phenomenal. I called him last minute on Sunday panicked about replacing my water heater before a family major family visit. Rick got me on schedule asap for Tues AM. He should up on time, worked diligently and efficiently to finish the job in under 2 hours. This was amazing because I had a hi-tech unit that he never installed before but he rose to the occasion and finished the job. Great personality and a consummate professional. After contacting over 10 plumbers A-1 called back, came by and delivered a quality service. I'm never going to use another plumber again. Service is A-1!

He was very professional. He came when he said he would. He had the work done in the amount of hours he told me it would take. He had to leave to get a part but it did not take long. His price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend this company.
