He explained advantage and disadvantages of different dehumidifier brands and sizes and we picked one which was most appropriate for my basement size and condition. He installed it same day when it arrived. He put a small pump so water would go to the sink instead of drilling the hole in a floor. He did a beautiful work, fixed the concrete damage on a floor, organized all cables and connections. Also he instructed us how to operate most effective way. We had a fairly complex situation with fairly challenging topography, a restricted wetland area behind our home which limited our options, and a townhome situation - requiring coordination with multiple units.
