And the best part? He cleared the roots in my sewer line and I can return to normalcy. What a relief! Guys I hired before left a big, nasty dirty sewage mess and Kyle left me zero to clean. Did a courtesy camera scope of the entire sewage pipe out to the city line while the pipes were open. Finished work within estimated window and charged at the original estimated price. Turns out whomever tiled the bathroom lifted the toilet a bit, leaving a gap in the seal. He pulled the toilet and installed a new flange riser set, rings, and new supply line for good measure (only an extra 10 bucks). He then tested it numerous times to make sure the leak was taken care of. It's been two months since, and no more problems.
I wish I had gotten this guy's name, because he is the same guy who worked tirelessly to clear out my sewer line last summer on one of the hottest and muggiest days of the year. He's terrific.

"The house is in Ptown and the areas to place the blowers were limited. Mike and crew were responsive to our needs and wants. It was cool in May so we didn't use the a/c until June. We discovered a major leak. I thought it was the a/c. Mike sent a tech immediately. It was the toilet valve, not the a/c. He didn't send me a bill for the extra trip until I harrassed him to do so. And then it was hugely discounted. I wasted his tech's time for over 4.5 hours in hot weather. I highly recommensd this company. They are easy to work with, clean up after themselves and courteous."

"Angel was exceptional, professional, efficient, clean and responsive to every request, fixed numerous issues related to my toilets, noticed a flooring issue that we are now addressing and diagnosed a water heater issue that had been attributed falsely to a foundation issue saving us thousands. "Justin and Cam, the technicians, did a great job. We have an old farmhouse with a very strange configuration of partial crawlspace and partial full basement, and water was leaking through the fieldstone foundation wall from the crawlspace. They quickly diagnosed that the problem was coming from 1 or 2 zones of the hot water radiator heating system, and they were able to shut off those zones to stop the leak, while allowing the house to still use water for sinks, toilets, and showers. We'll have to do more work later to replace pipes to the radiator but, because they are hard to access, we need to plan ahead for some construction work. I'm fully satisfied that these guys were able to find the problem and give us even a temporary solution that allows us to have our working plumbing again without the basement getting wet. Would definitely work with them again."
