I asked him to let me know when they were on their way so I didn’t have to stay home from work and he texted me right on schedule. Kyle came to do the dirty job - neat, clean, patient and friendly. And the best part? He cleared the roots in my sewer line and I can return to normalcy. What a relief! Guys I hired before left a big, nasty dirty sewage mess and Kyle left me zero to clean. "The plumber from Milltown showed up and got right to work diagnosing the problem -- the toilet was leaking into the basement below whenever flushed. Turns out whomever tiled the bathroom lifted the toilet a bit, leaving a gap in the seal. He pulled the toilet and installed a new flange riser set, rings, and new supply line for good measure (only an extra 10 bucks). He then tested it numerous times to make sure the leak was taken care of. It's been two months since, and no more problems.
I wish I had gotten this guy's name, because he is the same guy who worked tirelessly to clear out my sewer line last summer on one of the hottest and muggiest days of the year. He's terrific.

"Justin and Cam, the technicians, did a great job. We have an old farmhouse with a very strange configuration of partial crawlspace and partial full basement, and water was leaking through the fieldstone foundation wall from the crawlspace. They quickly diagnosed that the problem was coming from 1 or 2 zones of the hot water radiator heating system, and they were able to shut off those zones to stop the leak, while allowing the house to still use water for sinks, toilets, and showers. We'll have to do more work later to replace pipes to the radiator but, because they are hard to access, we need to plan ahead for some construction work. I'm fully satisfied that these guys were able to find the problem and give us even a temporary solution that allows us to have our working plumbing again without the basement getting wet. Would definitely work with them again."
