Best caulking service pros near Andover, MA

"Bob is professional, reliable and excellent in his craft! I would highly recommend him and his services!"

"Fast and friendly service, no hassle, very nice people"

"We used Bob’s handyman services for the first time last week. We chose him based on his glowing Angi reviews, and they did not exaggerate. He responded very quickly to my original request for information regarding his availability and fee. We had a few communications back and forth before scheduling a date. He arrived on time, set up a folding table with his tools, and went to work. We gave him a list of small jobs that had grown over the years. They included caulking around the kitchen counter and bath tub, fixing a fallen shelf, replacing hinges on a door, installing new smoke detectors and a door lock, and fixing a wonky storm door. He even replaced light bulbs in some hard-to-reach ceiling light fixtures. Though most of the projects were relatively small, he was meticulous in doing them and cleaning up after himself. And in talking to him about other projects he’s done, I have every confidence in using him for larger projects, which we intend to do. He was very professional, courteous, and I learned quite a bit just from talking with him. We are so happy to finally have these projects done and we already have a list for “round 2.”"

"I would hire Mead Handyman service again. I used his service for a couple projects such repainting a ceiling, remodeling two bathrooms and redid a deck. Quality work done in a timely manner."

"Junior & crew came on day promised and performed work as instructed. Extra care was given to ensure leaves did not blow onto neighbor's property. Great service overall."

"This was the best service I have ever had. Work done perfect and David was GREAT! Definitely a 10 star if there was one."

"Good service, very reasonable price."

"I recently hired Paul Dwyer for some repairs and small projects around my home, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the quality of work. From our first conversation, he was professional, punctual, and very easy to communicate with. He arrived on time, brought all the necessary tools, and got straight to work. He handled everything with skill and attention to detail. What really stood out was his workmanship. He made sure everything was done right the first time and left the workspace spotless. His pricing was fair and transparent, with no hidden charges, and he even gave me tips on how to maintain the repairs for the long term."
