Best caulking service pros near Allston, MA

"Adam and his team are so kind, professional and do a fantastic job every trip. I am on the biweekly rotation and with how great my grass is doing if I ever move im going to check if they service my area before I go. The first time they came my grass was super overgrown and they explained to me clearly what their gameplay was then and asked me what I wanted with the space. I will recommend them to anyone who asks."

"Very quick/punctual. Detailed explanation and effective service."

"Awesome Service! I hired recently to install two garage door openers. I am pleased with his service. I described him as a professional, punctual and knowledgeable. He knows what he is doing. He visited prior to start the project and described what will be needed to complete the project and show up exactly on time (sharp) and completed the job very neatly and professionally. The best part and extra mile he gave in the whole project was follow up after the job is complete which mostly no one does after receiving the payment. Thank you so much for the job."

"Diago Velez did a really good job, would not hesitate to hire him again. Good service!"

"The service provider was professional, polite and customer focused."

"We used Bob’s handyman services for the first time last week. We chose him based on his glowing Angi reviews, and they did not exaggerate. He responded very quickly to my original request for information regarding his availability and fee. We had a few communications back and forth before scheduling a date. He arrived on time, set up a folding table with his tools, and went to work. We gave him a list of small jobs that had grown over the years. They included caulking around the kitchen counter and bath tub, fixing a fallen shelf, replacing hinges on a door, installing new smoke detectors and a door lock, and fixing a wonky storm door. He even replaced light bulbs in some hard-to-reach ceiling light fixtures. Though most of the projects were relatively small, he was meticulous in doing them and cleaning up after himself. And in talking to him about other projects he’s done, I have every confidence in using him for larger projects, which we intend to do. He was very professional, courteous, and I learned quite a bit just from talking with him. We are so happy to finally have these projects done and we already have a list for “round 2.”"

"Communication skills were the best! He followed up with me the day after service to make sure all work was done to my satisfaction. The quality of his workmanship is excellent. Very professional yet relaxed and personable."

"Have hired Oswaldo numerous times. Outside house repair/.painting/interior painting/flooring etc. Have also been a reference for him many times. Very positive experiences. Hard worker, slows up on time, cares about the work, reasonably priced plus he’s a nice man and easy to deal with."

"Mo was great! He responded quickly and was a fair price. I had 4 projects for him to do and he took care of all of the projects quickly and efficiently in 1 day. I would recommend and use him again for more projects to get done around the property. Thank you!"
