"Joe gave me a quote on a bathroom remodel and repairing some drywall in another room. It was a pretty close call but I ended up deciding on another contractor. I had confidence that Joe would have done a good job for what that's worth. The quote was pretty reasonable but didn't include any materials or trash removal (not sure how much that would have been). Of the 4 quotes that I got he was the only one who suggested I hire someone else to replace the windows. While not a big deal I thought maybe that was a little odd. Although I did respect that he said that wasn't an area of expertise and he'd be happy to work with whoever i hired for the windows. The estimated time for completion of the project was on the long end as well so if you're on a tight schedule this might be a consideration. Overall, I would consider Joe for any future projects."

They made the laundry room an actual room as opposed to a basement area with a washer & dryer, took down the drop ceiling & replaced it with a real ceiling, took out the 1984 glass block surround to the shower & replaced with drywall, repaired stairs going down to the area & laid new floor throughout. Pedro & his crew were incredibly efficient - the whole process took around 10 days.
