My bathroom ceiling needed repair due to a flood in the unit above ours. Daniel responded quickly and said would be easier for him to simply replace the ceiling, rather than repair it -- even so, his estimate for ceiling replacement and painting was considerably less than two other estimates I had already received, both of which were for ceiling repair -- not full replacement -- and painting. The ceiling replacement took one day: Daniel and his helper arrived on time, took time to prep the space and our entryway, and worked extremely cleanly. A few days later, after allowing things to dry out, Daniel sent a painter to prime/paint the new ceiling and the bathroom walls. That work was also done quickly and cleanly. The bathroom looks fantastic. I highly recommend Daniel and won't hesitate to use him again for any plaster/sheetrock needs in our place.

Daniel provided a competitive estimate quickly. I needed a bathroom and kitchen saved from my amateur thoughts of doing it myself. He quickly solved some transition issues that would have paralyzed me. The work was completed quickly and completely

Contractor was informative and came in under price. They were thoughtful and careful with tools etc around home. They cleaned up when leaving, and did a tremendous job.

Daniel did a great, and through job. I appreciated how he put down paper each time to protect my flooring as he and crew walked through my house. He pays attention to details, and came prepared with a heater on a cold day when working outside and needed to keep the wall warm enough to work on.

Daniel contacted me the morning after I requested to have a bathroom ceiling removed and a new ceiling installed. I needed it done within a week and he said he could do that! We agreed on a price and he came by the end of the week and they did a fantastic job! He is very busy but he pulled through for me so I am very happy! I would use him for other jobs in the future !

Job was to replace full dining room ceiling. Remove sagging original horsehair plaster, Install blueboard and plaster. Also installed blueboard and plaster in another room. Very reasonable price. Could not be more polite and professional. Work was impeccable. Work area was cleaned up daily. I will mention he did take over a week to get me a quote from the time he first visited. But then he got on the job quickly and finished quickly. I only say that to tell you to be patient. This guy is busy because he is good. So be patient. 100% recommend.
