"We moved a faucet from our main kitchen downstairs to replace one that broke, and added a new faucet to the main kitchen for $425. I had been quoted an extra $500 for removing the garbage disposal, and decided not to do it. An extra guy came today who I hadnt met, and he said they could do it for $200 once they were there which I accepted, but it ended up being a ton of work, and probably should have cost the $500. In the end, they charged me the quoted amount which was very honorable. It was a bit awkward for me and my wife because the two of them obviously disagreed about the whole thing, but in the end they handled it well. I paid an extra $100 because of the mixup because clearly i got a great deal anyway. Would recommend to anyone, at least for basic kitchen plumbing work!"

"I have now had 4 pickups from this company. Each time it has been with different items: I have had my kitchen remodeled,  a deck torn down and rebuilt, a new roof put on, old fencing disc arded, and a yard cleanup. The only difference in pricing was for the roofing and even though ti was more money it was STILL CHEAPER than a dumpster!!! I don't know how these guys do it, but they pickup on time, without issue andfor the cost quoted. I have turned each of my contractors onto them - now they are using them. SO MUCH cheaper and better service than any dumpster company I have used!"

"George and his team were extremely friendly and professional. This is a good group of people. Courteous and thoughtful, they were able to do a complete installation of both systems from scratch in about 6 hours.
The new radon remediation system (Bubble Up) has the added benefit of boosting the fixture pressure in the house to city level or better (60-75psi) as well as completely resolving the pH level of the water.
The cost was slightly lower than the other two quotes we received, partially due to the fact that Absolute offered a "multi-system" discount since two systems were going in at the same time.

"Russ was excellent. Our home is historic with old plumbing and he kept us informed of our options to unclog the drains and used several methods to get them working, without damaging the existing pipes. He is very knowledgeable about plumbing and materials used in the 1930's and before, and took that into consideration before performing any work. One sink drain just would not clear, so he scheduled us for a second visit, giving us time to clear out a closet, and carefully measured and cut through a small section of closet wall to get at the piping. After clearing the clog, he replaced and updated a section of piping, and was very helpful about how he thought it best to repair the wall. My husband did some minor carpentry, and both our sinks are clearing better than they have been in many years. I would definitely use Provost Plumbing and Russ for all our other plumbing jobs. He is nice, professional, and prompt!"

"Originally we had hired MA Design to renovate two of our bathrooms, one being a full gut renovation of our Master Bathroom in 2021. We had such a good experience working with MA Design for our Bathroom renovations that we just had them come back to complete two other large scale projects. A full Kitchen refresh as well as a brand new back yard which included new stone patio with propane fire pit, new trex deck with integrated lighting, and a fully screened in porch. This was a large amount of work (in a difficult space as our back yard is only accessible by stairs so all work must be done by hand) and we really weren’t sure on what we could fit in the area. This was about as seamless a kitchen renovation that one could ever hope for.  Dave listened carefully to the goals we wanted to achieve in our kitchen, and was patient with the design adjustments we wanted to incorporate as we considered each version of the design plans.  One cabinet in particular that was added toward the end of the design process was brilliantly conceived on his part--a cabinet to store large items that looked like a lovely piece of dining room furniture, with exterior shelving and drawers. It is a centerpiece in the kitchen.  Dave was careful to preserve important walk ways in our kitchen so as to not create bottlenecks--an important element in this centrally located kitchen.  His advice on style and color of cabinetry was also highly valued in our desire to achieve a cleaner and brighter look, yet one that was still consistent with our 1931 Colonial.

The Brookhaven cabinets are beautiful and well-made.  While they are pricey, Dave was able to steer us to take advantage of a manufacturer's discount.  The selection of hardware that was available without incurring additional cost was completely adequate, and we took advantage of this option.

Installation of the cabinetry was smooth and timely.  We decided to make a last minute change to the placement of our microwave, which necessitated the order of a new drawer.  This took longer than we had hoped, but understood that this was not a Kitchen Center issue, but rather one of the manufacturer, as each items is custom made.  When the drawer arrived, it was without a front--this added more time. 

Once the cabinetry was installed, irregularities were minimal.  Dave and a service that works with him tended to adjusting hinges, covering screw heads, and painting areas that needed to be smoothed. 

Overall, working with the Kitchen Center exceeded our expectations.  Communication and responsiveness were excellent.  They partnered well with our contractor so that there were no glitches or last minute surprises--almost unheard of for a kitchen renovation.  The quality of the design and workmanship has made for a space that we are loving, and our only regret was that we did no redo our kitchen sooner!

"Don was great to work with.  It was not a major job, but because we chose small glass & stone tile and wanted it installed vertically it was very detail intensive.  Don made sure it came out exactly as we envisioned it, even after other potential installers had told us it would not work, and his pricing was extremely competitive.  He was very pleasant while on site and left the house spotless each night.  We will definitely be using him again for our next project.
