"We purchased to of the big deal coupons for toilet installation to replace low toilets with comfort height ones.  Scheduling was easy- Jake was available to come in the evening, and gave us several options for which day would work best for us.  He arrived on time and installed both toilets quickly and cleanly.  He also reviewed some other changes we were considering, and told us which were practical and which would require more extensive work.  We made arrangements to hire him again to install a disposal and he gave us very clear directions on what we needed for the job. "Originally we had hired MA Design to renovate two of our bathrooms, one being a full gut renovation of our Master Bathroom in 2021. We had such a good experience working with MA Design for our Bathroom renovations that we just had them come back to complete two other large scale projects. A full Kitchen refresh as well as a brand new back yard which included new stone patio with propane fire pit, new trex deck with integrated lighting, and a fully screened in porch. This was a large amount of work (in a difficult space as our back yard is only accessible by stairs so all work must be done by hand) and we really weren’t sure on what we could fit in the area. Marc & Raquel walked us through the full design and gave us options to find what worked best for us, and we are thrilled with our results. This was about as seamless a kitchen renovation that one could ever hope for.  Dave listened carefully to the goals we wanted to achieve in our kitchen, and was patient with the design adjustments we wanted to incorporate as we considered each version of the design plans.  One cabinet in particular that was added toward the end of the design process was brilliantly conceived on his part--a cabinet to store large items that looked like a lovely piece of dining room furniture, with exterior shelving and drawers. It is a centerpiece in the kitchen.  Dave was careful to preserve important walk ways in our kitchen so as to not create bottlenecks--an important element in this centrally located kitchen.  His advice on style and color of cabinetry was also highly valued in our desire to achieve a cleaner and brighter look, yet one that was still consistent with our 1931 Colonial.

The Brookhaven cabinets are beautiful and well-made.  While they are pricey, Dave was able to steer us to take advantage of a manufacturer's discount.  The selection of hardware that was available without incurring additional cost was completely adequate, and we took advantage of this option.

Installation of the cabinetry was smooth and timely.  We decided to make a last minute change to the placement of our microwave, which necessitated the order of a new drawer.  This took longer than we had hoped, but understood that this was not a Kitchen Center issue, but rather one of the manufacturer, as each items is custom made.  When the drawer arrived, it was without a front--this added more time. 

Once the cabinetry was installed, irregularities were minimal.  Dave and a service that works with him tended to adjusting hinges, covering screw heads, and painting areas that needed to be smoothed. 

Overall, working with the Kitchen Center exceeded our expectations.  Communication and responsiveness were excellent.  They partnered well with our contractor so that there were no glitches or last minute surprises--almost unheard of for a kitchen renovation.  The quality of the design and workmanship has made for a space that we are loving, and our only regret was that we did no redo our kitchen sooner!
