"Mr. Coleman, which represents the company, arrived later than the scheduled appointment on August 9, 2018. He determined that the water heater would need to be replaced. He said that he would contact me within a few days with a cost to replace the heater. It is now August 20, 2018, and I have not heard from him or anyone else with the company. It appears that I am not a priority."

Service Line Warranties of America (SLWA) has created a warranty program that protects your budget and time. We have assembled a trusted network of licensed sewer and water line repair specialists who will do the job quickly and correctly – the first time. If you are a busy homeowner with little time to spare, our warranty programs will work well for you. The cost is minimal - peace of mind is invaluable.

"Sewer line was completely blocked by roots. My local plumber cleared it out for $700 but there was a large crack in the line where the roots came in and repair/replacement of the line was strongly recommended as the roots will soon re-enter the pipe and occlude it again. I called SLWA the next day to schedule a technician to come out, assess, and proceed, but they refused to do so. They said I would have to wait until the line completely occluded again before they would do anything. Note that I did not ask for any reimbursement of the work already done by my plumbing company. The contract clearly states that they will repair a leaking line. I emailed them about this but got no response after 2 weeks. I called them again, and ended up cancelling my policy, getting a refund for next year's policy which I had already prepaid, and asked for a refund of this year's policy, since they were not honoring its terms. They refused but did agree to refund the last 11 days of this year's policy. Please avoid this company at all costs."
