Came and ordered a drip pan for our HVAC ductless unit. Said he would come back out Saturday at 8a.m. My husband wanted to do it for Sunday. Mr. Stanford said it would cost more so my husband had to cancel his fishing plans for Saturday and then Mr. Stanford never showed and never called. Finally after trying to reach him several times, he answered and said the part did not come in and it was coming from over seas. After another week, he came and put in the part. After he left we noticed it was still leaking. My husband called him back and he said he would come back to fix it. We waited and waited but no call, no show. My husband called him over 10 times, finally he answered and said he would come out but never showed. Now when my husband calls, he gets no answer or it will go straight to voice mail. I am a very busy person and don't usually do stuff like this but I want to warn people about this guy. He is very unprofessional and very inconsiderate. BEWARE!!!!!

"The customer husband was told they needed a plumber pan was installed just pike the customer requested. He was told that he had problems inside the wall"
