Appt. to install was made next day after request. Jared was very punctual, seems to have done an excellent job. Was quick, very professional, cleaned up after himself. I am very pleased with the service and the appearance of the windows.

Wonderful. The 3 men Eric Peyton and Su were very knowledgeable, efficient and professional. They worked together like a well oiled machine. Each knowing what he was to do and when to to do it. They broke the old windows as was required and I have not found even one sliver of glass either inside or outside my home. AMAZING. The windows look very nice. My electric bill last month was $49. I am very pleased

We are in the middle of a global pandemic (Coronavirus), but I discovered one of our windows, which had been concealed by a piece of furniture, was shattered and about to fall out. Relief Windows came out and gave me a VERY reasonable estimate to replace the broken window. I decided to go ahead and have a few others replaced, too, since they were not in great shape, either. Well, they not only gave me a very good price at an awesome discount, they never once tried to "upsell" me or tack on additional fees. Yesterday, their installers came out and I have to say, I am so impressed! Not only are these windows the nicest I have ever owned, but the installation process was smooth and fast! The team that came out was so polite and friendly, but they made a point of keeping a safe distance since we are, in fact, still under the Coronavirus quarantine. They were such hard workers and cleaned up every bit of their mess when they were finished. They even went above and beyond on repairing the trim around the broken window! This is a fantastic company; I highly recommend Relief Windows!

My installers Bruno and Pedro did an excellent job. They were two of the nicest guys and their attention to details were excellent. They removed and installed 20 Windows in 6 Hrs. Their clean up afterwards was excellent, they also took off their shoes when they entered the house. When you chose Relief Windows ask for Bruno and Pedro to do the install you can't go wrong.

The whole process was great, from initial call requesting a quote all the way through window installation. Salesman was promp and responsive to all questions I had during the visit as well as my follow up questions. I can’t say enough good things about Chris and his installation crew. They were a professional team who worked together as a team should work. There was no wasted time and it was organized well with each person clearly understanding his role. Windows look great. They haven’t been in long enough to stand the test of time but I anticipate no problems.

I have used Relief Windows on four projects. Mark reviewed my construction plan and provided an on-site estimate. They always contacted me to arrange a convenient time to start the project. Eric and his installation team always arrived on time, were very professional, and provided quality work. The team always cleaned-up after each project.

Crew arrived exactly as scheduled. They got to work immediately, and instantly were working in several areas at one time. It was a well coordinated and carefully choreographed operation, every bit an example of efficiency in action. In just a few hours everything was finished and cleaned up with care, Bruno showed me how to use the windows and asked if there was anything else he could do. The next day I got a call from Paige in the office to ask how the job went and if I was satisfied. I would certainly recommend Relief Windows to anyone.

Replaced five picture windows and several smaller windows. Work was done promptly and well. Windows are extremely high quality. Not cheap but worth every penny. Would recommend highly.

Relief did an amazing job on our siding replacement. Who would have ever thought a window company could do so much, so perfectly?!? The guys showed up & had it done perfectly in less than 2 days. We have other work to get done on our home and we will save ourselves tons of time by calling Relief first!!!
