Heating and Air Conditioning Service
They did not do anything and did not resolve the problem. We still had to pay a deductible for our home warranty and they were not helpful at all. They were extremely unprofessional and they were late for both appointments we had with them. We got another opinion and it turned out to be a plumbing issue so we had it resolved that way. We had a good bit of trouble with Air Cool sending the proper paperwork to our warranty and it required multiple phone calls. They would never issue an itemized bill which detailed the services they were supposed to perform. I will not use them again in the future.
