We carried on the buyer home warranty and as a result of that, we called the person recommended under that name for air conditioning. So we called Pulles A/C and Electric. Hector was the person who showed up, and he had his box of tools. He went around the side of the house, fixed it and charged it. First we had to get a work order from the home warranty company. With the work order in his hand, he did the work. I only had to pay the coming out fee. Under buyer home warranty, if someone comes out and does the work; even if buyer home warranty pays, we pay the vendor $100 for a service call. He was punctual."
