Samuel called to let me know they were ahead of schedule and asked if they could come earlier than my appointment (Punctuality A+), upon arrival he first identified two spots in the fire box that needed repair and provided an estimate (Fire Hazard Identification A+), then came the chimney/fireplace cleaning. Drop cloths (clean) were placed on the floor and the work began (no mess at all). This is a very professional full service company and I highly recommend them. "They contacted me right away. Said that they were licensed and certified and that the drivers would have copies of these certificates. They did not have the certificates on them. So I am not sure if they are licensed and certified. They said they could take care of any problem that they found at this appointment. Our fireplace was full of wasp and they were telling us stories of other jobs that had a bunch of wasp, but they did not have any wasp spray. They had to use the 2 cans that I had. When cleaning out the fireplace, they did not even have a bucket to put the ashes in. We needed a new cleanout door, but they did not have any. They did not even clean out the ash from this area. They could not show us any photos or videos of the before or after cleaning"
