Very professional, price came in a little over 10% above estimate. Due to some inclement weather job took longer than anticipated. Overall appearance is very good.

Terrific job.  I originally selected this company for a quote because one of my neighbors had a great looking roof put on and told me about them.  I also checked them out here on Angie's List and found excellent reports. Mr. Strahan gave me a good and accurate estimate.  They removed my old roof,  put on 15#  felt, installed drip edge all around and on the dormers, put on new architect shingles, replaced the old pipe jacks with new ones, painted all the jacks and any visible flashing to match, installed new screens on my gutters, and all came with a great warranty.  They even did extra items I needed done, small repairs, at little or no charge. The employees on the job were polite, friendly and hard workers.  There was no damage done to my shrubs or yard.  The cleanup was fantastic; you wouldn't know they had been there except for the great looking roof.
He and his office personnel were very responsive to all my questions.  And I called a lot before the job with many questions. They are extremely knowledgeable about their trade and obviously have a lot of satisfied customers by the number of good reports here.

The service was great.  Our roof looks really good and we have had no problems at all.  I would highly recommend this company to anyone with roofing needs.

The job took three days to complete.  They started early in the morning (5:30) because of the heat and left around 2:00 p.m.  On the third day, I was already used to them starting so early and didn't even hear them at first, and got more sleep.  I am retired and used to sleeping late in the morning.
I had three estimates altogether, and even though they were the highest bidders, I chose them because of the good reviews on Angie's list.  One of the other estimates was almost $2,000 less, but I didn't like their attitude and badmouthing of other companies.
Mr. and Mrs. Strahan were a delight to work with and, if I live another 20 years, and they are still in business, I will call them again.

The job was completed in one day.  The work was excellent.

They were very, very good. The customer service was wonderful. They did what they said they would do and did it when they said they would do it. They were very upfront. Their prices were very competitive. We didn't find anything that we did not like about them. Their crew was a really good crew of guys that did the work.

What a breath of fresh air...a company that gives you more than you expect. They arrived when they said they would and they were personable and professional...really nice guy. Not only did he fix our leak, but while he was up on the roof, he tacked down some loose shingles and blew the leaves off. He also gave us a break on the price, since we were on the way to his next job. We tipped him an extra $25.00 because that's what we thought his service was worth.
I highly recommend this company.

This was a learning experience; get what you want done in writing and hire someone, if possible, from the same town who has his reputation on the line. 

The crew arrived on Sunday, September 16, 2012.  Removed old shingles and replaced with new.  Ran a little short on materials, so returned on Tuesday, September 18, 2012 and completed job.
I spoke to Mr. Strahan about the professionalism of the crew.  If I wasn't having the siding replaced, we would have had a problem.  The crew put several marks/scratches on the existing siding.
Mr. Strahan was very concerned and said he would make it right.  I told him he didn't have to since I was having it replaced.  I just told him he might want to have a talk with his crew.
Overall, the work on the roof was good. 

I had a minor leak on my roof.  Other roofing companies gave me estimates for a new roof.  Strahan told me that I would be wasting money on a new roof, because me roof was still in good condition.  Well, Strahan was right.  He sent a roofer to make the repairs.  The roofer took only an hour or so to repair the roof.  I have not had anymore leaky roof problems.  Strahan & his roofers are very professional and honest.  I would recommend Strahan Roofing to anyone homeowner in the Monroe, Louisiana Area.

They are excellent. They actually took the metal roof off of my house, because it was bigger. They used the metal to roof the rental and then re-roofed my home. The did a fantastic job.

Strahan Roofing was very professional.  He did little extras to ensure that everything looked and coverage was just as it should be.  I would recommend the company very highly.  In the future if we need any roofing repairs or replacement we will use them.

Mr. Strahan responded to my request for an estimate promptly. He spent time on the roof and confirmed we had hail damage. He gave us several options for repair or replacement. He explained what he would do for a replacement and showed us the materials he would use. I knew he was using the proper materials from roofing research I did before his visit so I was encouraged. He provided a written estimate to give to our insurance company.
After confirmation from the insurance company we signed a contract with Strahan Roofing to do the work.The materials were delivered by the work crew promptly on the day they started the roof. They put tarps around the house to catch any debris and had a trailer to load the old shingles onto. The crew did one side of the roof the first day and made sure enough was done so that there would be no problems if we had an evening rain. The second day they finished the second side of the roof, completely cleaned around the house, picked up any nails that fell with a magnetic strip, swept the garage where the material were stored, the driveway, and the patio and moved the patio furniture back.
Mr. Strahan visited that evening and inspected the job. He asked if we were happy with the job. Then he asked for payment. We paid nothing prior to the work being done. My husband and I are very pleased with the job and the professional way that Mr. Strahan and his crew comported themselves. We have the nicest roof on the block! We would highly recommend Strahan Roofing.

I have not had any problems since he fixed the roof leak for me.  I would recommend them to others.  I thought their price was just outstanding for the work they did.

Their professionalism really stood out, as well as their willingness to answer our questions. They went above and beyond to answer any questions we had. They would come out after-hours and on the weekend to look and to do the estimates. They were really willing to work with us and to tell us what was wrong with the roof and how they would fix it. Their service was much better than others I have had to work on my house. We will use them again soon to put a new roof on our house.

They were so nice, very informative, they left me samples, helped me with colors and were very fast. I give them an A rating and I will use them again.

They were a GOD send came rite out to look and price was great . they completed the job in one day WOW awesome work , the workmanship was great, they were friendy, cleaned everything to a T   no roofing tacks nothing clean clean, . It looks way better than i thought it would i had some sway in my old roof the took that out . they did so much extra stuff for no extra cost. please call them they are awesome, i really like the way his wive came out with him to go over the papers . They did an extra job for me without charging. I would use them in the future.

The work went very well, and the main work on the house was done in a day with no indication that anything had been done, the clean up was amazing and my yard looked better than before they started. It was the same way when the sunporch was done, it did take two days since the roof had to be prepped by powerwashing, but the new roof sealant was applied and completed the next afternoon.

It was a wonderful experience. They were fabulous! He was very professional. I can't give him a high enough rating on this company. He got right down to business and came in with his own crew. He was with the crew at all times. They had our roof completed within a day and they cleaned up great. Their prices were reasonable and I would use their services again in the future.
