"Project was reasonably priced, work was done in a very timely manner even with some added unseen repairs that were needed. I was very pleased with the end result. I would definitely use Hector again and would definitely recommend you give him a shot at your next roof repair/replacement."

Hello my name is Trey and I am 38 years old seeking to become a successful self employed handman-carpenter but I am very diversified in other skills and trades , although I may not be certified in trades such as welding , plumbing , electrical , and hvac ; It only means I have not taken a test to prove my skill and knowledge of these trades. I am very familiar with all trades that are required for construction jobs. I am truly a jack of all trades and would never say I was a master of all however I am very close . At the Age of 8 my stepfather gave me small task like pulling nails from trim to reuse and teaching me things like bending metal to repair facial boards on houses. Since then I have worked at hospitals and construction jobs and enjoyed them all. I am ready to be handyman for my local neighbors and ready to meet and build good relationships as I build or repair anything that you may need . Please let know what I can do for you and I promise you , you will not be disappointed

"Chad was able to take care of all the honey-do projects that had built up. A door was replaced, drywall repair and paint, and some shingles replaced and everything looked as tho it had always been. Communication was there from start to finish. Just couldnâ t be happier with the work and work ethic from Chad Spillers construction."

"I received a call back quickly, and the guys came out and promptly repaired the fence. They were very polite and hardworking, and I would recommend them and also use them again."

"Above All -- Honest, which is rare in today's business world. Job was for the repair of shingles around chimney from storm which resulted in ceiling damage inside. Mr. Brown got up on the roof and looked at the damage and while there saw hail damage across the entire roof which the insurance adjuster said there was none. Mr. Brown advised me to call the insurance company and have another adjuster come out . He dd not want to do the job as it might create problems with the hail damage claim. I hired him to come back and do several other jobs for me which turned out Great. He not only did the work but took pictures on his cell phone to show me what he did. He checked the exhaust vent for the stove and found that dirt doblers had built a nest on top of the trap door so it could not move freely to let the air out. Screen was installed to stop any further problems in the future. Mr. Brown also removed 2 toilets and replaced the wax rings and re-anchored them. I have hired Mr. Brown to return and do some paint work for me when his schedule will allow the work to be done."

Dependability, work ethic and honesty were the values taught to me as a child and I strive to carry those lessons with me in my work. I look forward to earning your business! Book with me online or feel free to give us a call today!
