"It was just fine. The representative was very knowledgeable and helpful. He spent a great deal of time with us. It was a good experience. He was here for 5 hours and he put in the system. We moved here in October and he put in the system in November. The initial expense was substantially more than the monthly service because we had to buy the equipment. Tech support is provided which makes installation easy and very user friendly. The system is monitored and response to alarm signal is quick and nearly immediate. I've had a couple different systems in my homes over the years which were "professionally" installed; one was wired the other wireless. I install this myself with the help of tech support, I'm 65years old in good health but of course not as agile as I was a few years ago, but this system was a piece of cake for me to install. Every access to my home has been covered as well as some interior sensors. All of which have functioned flawlessly from day one!
