"Getting a walk in tub is expensive no matter who you use. My experience thus far is with installation only and I must say my install went great. It has been over a month and no issues with my tub so I cannot comment on repair process with American Standard."

"Our hot water heater broke. We called elevated plumbing and he was at our house within a hour. We were interested in a tank less water heater. He was very knowledgeable and answered all our concerns. It was Friday when we called and he did the job the Monday. Great job and very professional.
