It had nothing to do with the operator, Chris or his helper or the Office Manager, Jamie. These 3 were the best & it was because of Jamie that I even went with this company after I was told not to by other people. I had 2 other companies I had already spoke with, but Jamie’s above & beyond is what sold me. The rating is due to the OWNER, JERAME HUNT, his wife, VIRGINIA HUNT & their driver of their Vacuum Pump Truck, Shawn (or Sean). The driver tore my front yard up after he was told not to get off the driveway area & he proceeded through wet land, over our brand new water line & got stuck. When he was pulled out, he was advised by his own co-workers to drive back on the driveway area before pumping out the old non-working system tank & he refused. He proceeded to fill the tank on the vacuum pump truck from the old system tank in the ground & when he attempted to drive towards the driveway, he sank in our front yard again. This time he was pulled out backwards by my contractor, Leon Carroll Construction, & the driver drove right back where he was just pulled from & sank the vacuum pump truck once again to the axles this time in our front yard completely tearing up our yard. Leon pulled him out backwards again, this time all the way to the road. Jearme was told about the incident & he immediately called Chris at my house while I was here & Chris explained to Jearme exactly what’s stated above. Now, Jearme is saying he knew nothing about the incident, he isn’t responsible for repairing what we spent $5,100 on to have our front end cleared from what his employee damaged. Jearme also says he has enough money to keep people tied up in courts for years over petty complaints. I personally emailed him a letter, 25 pictures & videos & a invoice from Leon Carroll Construction. Then I USPS mailed the same 25 pictures, letter & invoice with it certified, return receipt & restricted do only he could sign for it & he refused the package. That’s a worthless business owner that doesn’t give a **** about his customers when Jamie went above & beyond to help his customers. I say went due to he fired her for helping several customers that has attorneys now due to Jerame will not pay for the damages. My attorney sent him a letter advising he had 5 days to contact me or my attorney in this matter & he has refused to do. Jerame has refused to pay Leon Carroll Construction Company the money he owes him for towing his driver twice & for repairing our front yard. This is a business owner who charged us $3,700 & some change, which we paid, but he doesn’t pay his bills to other companies that help him out. My contractor didn’t have to help him & could’ve made him have a very large wrecker come out, except they wouldn’t have been able to drive in due to the wet land from all the rain in July, August, September & so-on. On the next section for the stars, the Price & Professionalism has only 1 star & those are for owners, Jerame & Virgina Hunt, not for Chris, his helper or for Jamie. They get 5 stars!! update as of 12/5/2022 Update: 1 of 2. This is a text from owner, Virginia Hunt. And also on the invoice that you have sent I have reviewed it & on further investigation a couple of things need to be noted. 1 you waited till after 30+ days to make any complaints & also on the invoice that you have sent I have reviewed it & 2 you didn't give us any chance or notification to make any corrections if needed number 3 no needed corrections were required. We Communicated w/you before the installation that it had been raining for 2 months straight & that the grounds were extremely saturated & We're going to be extremely difficult to do installation & you authorized the work to proceed on. In our agreement it states that we are not responsible for any final grade this means ruts are anything left from the installation. we never authorized anyone to do any pulling on our trucks or equipment we have all of our own in house wreaker & tow services this was done at your authority. Our truck's front end was damaged due to it being pulled on incorrectly & after speaking with all employees the location of where the truck had been stuck was required to perform the job. update as of 12/5/2022 Update 2 of 2: my text back to owner, Virginia Hunt: 1. I said I wasn't saying anything to you about it cause I knew you weren't going to come out anyway. 2. It was put to me, I know it's raining a lot & since we've had 2 days without rain, if we don't do it now, it will be another month or so before we can get out there & we are trying to get you in your house. I said, fine with me. 3. As far as speaking with all of your Employees, your employees called me & requested my contractor to pull your driver out. So, all of your Employees apparently doesn't follow your policies & procedures. They should've never called me in the first place with me being the customer. 4. Ruts, I understand ruts, even reasonable deep ruts, but not sunk to the axles. If your driver hadn't stopped & unhooked the chain & tried to drive right back where he was just towed from, he never would've made that much of a mess of our front yard, but since he doesn't listen to other professionals & apparently none of your employees follow policy & procedures, this is why I have a yard that is completely messed up from your employee who tried to hide the fact he even did the damage. This will be in my next update as well as sending to my attorney due to you still refuse to pay my contractor even after your employee requested him.
