"Thanks for the feedback Mrs. [Member Name Removed] can you give our office a call and ask to speak to a manager. I'll look into it and see about getting a technician out there. I apologize for any inconvenience."

"Thanks for your response Mr. [Member Name Removed], we're sorry that you're unhappy with the service you received because we've tried really hard to make your service experience pleasant. This is simply not true sir! Our company is know for it's punctuality and if we're not at a customer's house at the promised time it's because we're servicing earlier appointments. We did not walk off the job sir, your job started as a 10 ft. dig job which we have pictures to prove it. Our plumber informed you every step of the way, you understood that your plumbing was bad and our plumber was at your house for 11 hours because he stayed as long as he could to get the job completed which turned into him digging your sewer line up an additional 40 ft. which was a total of 50 ft. We also sent our service manager over to your house to check out the job and noticed that you started digging your line up in order for you to save money which you yourself decided to do at that point in time our company offered you a price for labor and material to install the new plumbing which you've apparently declined. The price we quoted you for the work you received was very reasonable, you can find this out by contacting our competitors."
"Thank you for calling us to be of service, Mr. [Member Name Removed]. Your business is appreciated and we are grateful for your patronage and comments."
"Mrs. [Member Name Removed], thank you for taking the time out to rate the service that you've received from our company. We're happy to hear that your experience met the quality that we strive to provide."
"Thank you Mr. [Member Name Removed] for your feedback and we're happy to have met your service expectation."
"Mr. and Mrs. [Member Name Removed] thank you for your feedback. We will use your feedback to see where we may have went wrong. We pride ourselves in giving all of our customers up-front pricing so that an informed decision can be made. Thanks again, have a great day."
"Thanks for your feedback Mrs. [Member Name Removed], we sent pictures to you all verifying that the line was clogged from your tenant flushing wipes and female products down the sewer line. If you have any questions please give us a call."
"Thank you very much Mrs. [Member Name Removed] for your feedback and we were happy to provide quick professional service with getting your water heater back up and running."
"Mr. [Member Name Removed] As stated in the previous conversation the plumber checked the electricity and discovered the water heater needed replacing. After the water heater was replaced it was discovered that the prong from your electrical cord for the water heater broke off in to the wall. I'm sorry that you are still upset even after our office did everything to make things right and also to make sure the issue was resolved. We're not electricians so we provided an licensed electrician and footed the bill although it was an electrical issue. We could not provide an electrician after you stopped payment on the check you provided, that was unfair especially considering we already purchased all the parts and materials. If you're still unsatisfied you can contact our office. Thanks, Management"
This was the most minimal of all plumbing tasks and required no parts. I own a service company and I expected an hour visit to be in the $150-250 range...$350 tops. This was so far over the top that I cannot recommend this company to one of my customers and would suggest you ask for pricing before you ever let them do a job for you.
I'm embarassed that as the owner of a service company I was "taken" by this company. All I can do is to caution you so you don't have the same experience.
Update: For some reason, Eagle thinks that complaining about their pricing is "unethical and unprofessional". I'd like to think that charging what amounts to $975 an hour is not only unethical but immoral.
Someone with Eagle responded that "our technician offered to cable and jet the line out and explained the process and gave you upfront pricing for the any service we provide so all of our customers can make an informed decision" The technician did not quote a price before he began the work. I told him that if approached $500 we would have a problem. He shrugged, grinned and started working. If he had quoted $780 I would have declined the repair.
I never asked the technician for a lower price. I told him that the price was outrageous, wrote a check and asked him to please leave our property. The next day their office offered $150 discount which would have make our bill $630 which was still outrageous for 48 minutes of work (based on the video from the time the truck stopped until it pulled off.)
Please be wary of this company.
"Mr. [Member name removed] to my surprise I've noticed that after I've tried to resolve your concern you've copied and pasted the same review of our company on multiple sites over the web which is very unethical and unprofessional which I'm sure you understand especially since you own Surgi's A/C and Heating I've responded to the initial review on Google My Business, but yet you've continued to try to damage my reputation. On the initial call out you requested for our company to come and flush out a drain in your loading bay area with our jet equipment that had standing water in it that we later found out that Code Enforcement were willing to fine you for, our technician offered to cable and jet the line out and explained the process and gave you upfront pricing for the any service we provide so all of our customers can make an informed decision. You proceeded to allow our technician to do the work, he resolved your issue and got code enforcement off your back and only after your problem was resolved you complained and told him that you felt like you should only pay a certain amount for the services and if we did not give you a lower price for the services that the owner is going to wish he had done so when you were finished with him. Our office called you the next day to address your concern and also offered you a discount, but your response was that you felt like you should only pay a certain amount. Below is a copy of the response from the google review for your viewing. Goolgle review.... Had a gravel and mud blockage in a 3" storm drain. A technician snaked it out and cleared the blockage. The technician was able to back his truck to within 10' of the line on a concrete driveway. A faucet was 20' away. It took an hour from start to finish. Half of that time was spent unloading and loading hoses. This job was within a few blocks of their office. I was charged $780 for the service. Response from the ownerin the last weekMr. *********, I'm sorry that you've had an unpleasant experience especially due to our company striving to exceed our customers expectations. Our company makes sure that our technicians gives up-front pricing along with a signature from all customers making sure that they understand the job scope.
