As he diagnosed the issue, he explained everything to me in great detail - which was much appreciated. In addition to this, I hired Trey to repair my Hot Water Heater. "I used Tin Lizzee to diagnosis my refrigerator. John S. was very knowledgeable and helpful in diagnosing the problem. Lucky for us it was a minor repair. This is a wonderful service that was quick and efficient and affordable. Unlike the other place that I called that wanted to charge me $89-129 for a diagnostic and could not come out until about 2 weeks later. "The guys at Surgi's have always been wonderful! Professional, friendly, patient, and they clean up after themselves well too! Waylon came out in July, spent 2+ hours looking for a freon leak that has plagued me for 3 years. He found a few "maybes" and fixed those. With the nice weather in Oct/Nov, I didn't run my a/c for several weeks. I turned it on again last week to discover that all of the freon had leaked out again. I called Surgi's, Craig said they'd come back out at no charge to hunt for it some more, and Rene came out that afternoon. He was able to see oil on some tubing and then to locate the exact location of the leak the old fashioned way with soapy water. Parts had to be ordered, and he worked hard to coordinate with my schedule to come out and do the repair.  Rene gets bragging rights for finding the leak that 4 other technicians from 4 different companies had been unable to locate. I'm thrilled to have the leak finally fixed!"
