"Do NOT use Surgi’s AC (Southern Air)!! They are crooks and totally wasted my time and I’m still waiting for them to refund my money. Eddie gave me a quote to move my condenser, $3763 but I could get a $513 “discount” for getting a membership with them ($239 for 2 AC PM’s a year) which came out to $3249. So I paid $239 to get membership and then they send a new quote and voila! No discount. They also charged me $89 for “service call” to come give me estimate to do work which they didn’t tell me about when I called. (My unit wasn’t broken, I just wanted it relocated in my yard.) Then no one will return my calls for two days!!! I finally got through to a manager (“we do honor our quotes, we just had a glitch in the system”) and I should be getting a refund after almost a week and half a dozen unanswered calls. Stay away!"

I went to put in an offer on the house and suddenly it was pending sale. The house came with all materials to repair within purchase price and most work had already been done. Every bone in my body is telling me that Gerardo snaked us and either took the property for himself or has something to do with the house being snatched from us. He refused to take my or my husbands calls to this day. This company is not trust worthy and definitely not investor reliable. Would not recommend to anyone!"
