They replaced the sewer line from my house to the street in June 2016. After the flood in August we realized the pipe was leaking, causing standing water in the yard. I've been calling every month since, only once has a person answered, she took my name, number and reason for my call, then told me the plumber who did the work would call me back. He never called me. Now the house just sold and the new owner said the water is now flowing out of the ground and the company won't even answer their phone.

"We went back to this customers home and ran our cameras through the line and found that while they were moving out of the home the moving truck had rolled over the sewer line and broke it in half. The homeowner paid us again to replace the line that her son had damaged while they were moving from the home......."

I have never experienced such untruthful, unreliable and slow "professional" service in all of my years dealing with subcontractors. Would recommend no one waste their time waiting for them to show up. They book appointments for several days straight and do call or show up. On the rare occasion they come to work, they work a few hours, leave and don't return. Shocked that Home Advisor recommends this company. They have poor reviews on other websites. Should have done my research.

Initial estimate was $120/hr and it would take approx 2 hours.....it took 4 hours and he had to make an extra trip to Lowes to get parts included in the 4 hours. His work was good just his estimate on doing was lacking

I am very pleased with the service they provided. I saw one or two negative reviews somewhere. It was dated a couple of years ago so I figured that I would take a chance. Im so glad I did.I needed new pipe laid in the ground. They were extremely profressional, friendly, and fast. They are one of the better local providers. I will be using again.

The hot water new hot water heater installed did not work. They came back and had to replace the heating element on the new tank. The workers were very nice. However, the office is VERY unorganized. This was done on October 19 and we still can not get them to send us a receipt for the service so we can activate our warranty. We have been trying to get it for almost a month. This is unacceptable for a business. Very disappointed with the way they handle customers after they get their check. All we want is proper receipts for service and tank. When a consumer purchases something, you immediately give them a receipt or some kind of paperwork......not this place.

"This homeowner was done after hours on the weekend and there was no way to send a receipt to her on Monday following her install because the clipboard had not yet been turned in for the billing process. Also once the clipboard was turned in we found out that the plumber had given her husband all the receipts where materials were purchased instead of turning them in to the office . The labor charged to this home owner for ALL the work performed was only $ 300.00 !"
