"My Rheem Water Heater was not producing hot water so I called several other plumbers and was told the wait would anywhere from a week to three weeks. George's Plumbing sent someone out by 2:00 pm the day I called. They checked the Heater and called around no one had the part said they would have Mike call me back. Mike not only called me back but he was familiar with the product and its problems he coached through calling the manufacturer and getting them to replace the whole unit at their costs knowing they would send their people and he would not be needed. That is knowledgeable customer service !! I have a few small jobs that I need done soon and I will be calling George's."
