I highly recommend Authority Plumbing. We had a problem with a sudden loss of water pressure in our master bath and, when we checked the tub/shower in our remaining bathrooms, noticed that the pressure had dropped in all of them. I gave Guy a call and he came out the next day to diagnose the problem. He figured out that valves needed to be changed in all of the fixtures. The contractor that renovated our house had apparently used all builder grade fixtures and so they were all having the same problem only three years after installation. Guy called the manufacturer and got the parts delivered, and within a few days returned to replace the part in all three fixtures. All showers/tubs now work perfectly. 

Guy was was really knowledgable, professional, and communicated clearly what needed to be done throughout the processes. For the work that he did on three separate fixtures, I was also really pleasantly surprised at the bill, which was very reasonable. Can't recommend Authority enough. Great service!

Working with Guy was an excellent experience! I would not hesitate to call him again if I had any problems.

Guy is very pleasant and very helpful. He estimated on the phone that it would take an hour, but also cautioned that it depended on whether the old necks could be removed easily. The work took about 30 minutes, so I asked him to also look at a toilet. He verified it wasn't leaking and gave me an estimate if I decide to have it changed out or reseated later. He also looked at my (very old) bathtub faucets and discussed my options, then took the time to mail me a copy of info from the manufacturer. He also gave me pointers on some minor fixes I plan to do myself. A friend recommended him, and I will definitely call him again.
