I spoke with someone who assured me that a tech would come out on Friday and when I called back to make sure they were still coming I was informed that the appointment was moved back 2 more weeks. Meanwhile I find termites around the inside perimeter of my home and still nothing. I will be calling for a refund of all my funds. If I could give zero stars I would."

Additionally, if the caulk feels soft or spongy, it could indicate moisture trapped underneath, which is a breeding ground for mold.

When you smell something, it’s because the particles of what you are smelling are floating through the air. If you smell mold, it means that it’s airborne, and whether or not it’s harmful depends on the type of mold. It’s very hard to tell the difference between molds, even with the internet to guide you.
