"I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. "Over all it was OK.  I was not happy with how much time I had to spend picking up trash after they left - from strips of sharp metal, to dozens of screws every day for a week (literally), to their snack wrappers and drink cans every evening.  The house had been painted a few months prior to the roof job and they managed to gouge several pieces of newly painted wood from the sides of the house.  I was told it would not mildew and 2 years later it has and needs a cleaning.  Had they been honest about that, I would have gone with a darker color.

"Douglas Bush and his crew, Warren and Randy, did an excellent job.  They did everything that was quoted in the price and came back the following day to complete the job.  All three were very professional and courteous.  They were not even annoyed by all the questions I had as they completed the work.
Warren repaired a bungled gutter job that some other folks did that I hired.  He came in and fixed everything including adding some pieces and two additional down sprouts.
Doug and Randy did a great job installing the french drain so that water can run from my backyard down the side slope of my home to the street.  Once the dirt settles, I will be getting them back to add some dirt and level the yard.  I am pleased with the results because it will keep the water from settling in my back yard and around my foundation.
