Service department--never trusted anything they said was wrong with my car, had problems in the past, but went there again due to time constraints and health problems and I was treated like I'm stupid from the moment I asked the first question. Left in car after telling them I'd take it somewhere else to get it fixed and the car QUIT running within 1/4 a mile, I was able to roll it back into their service bay to show them the warning lights and service manager claimed that it was a coincidence that my car quit after they did work on it. .I was accused of many things like I was an enemy. Service manager came at me.. Either something happened accidentally or it was sabotage and since I do not trust anything they do there, I have no problem calling it purposeful. I was lied to and lied about. For a time while my car was in their service bay I could not get it out of park, then somebody did something under the hood and I was able to get it out of park. In order to leave there in my car and drive the 40 minutes to the other service department, I needed to know if I'd be safe or if the car would quit again. Service manager refused to do anything about my situation or listen to what happened. He tried to charge me $96.50 for a diagnostic that was finally done to clear the engine warning lights and I was able to leave. When I asked, "What would it have cost you to be nice to me?" his response was that I had been mean to his service tech (not true) and that I had said I didn't trust them (true) when I told them that I would take my car somewhere else. I had every right to change my mind and take my business elsewhere but somehow I hurt the service tech's little baby feelings apparently, so the service manager Jimmy had to be mean to me....that's what he says about why he wasn't nice to me. Bottom line is they treat their customers badly, Jimmy is rude and goes after customers as if they are the enemy, they charge more and do things that aren't needed...or charge for things they say they're doing...and I have never had a decent service appointment with them. Even years ago before I bought my Toyota I had a horrible salesperson who didn't "allow" me to test drive the car I wanted to buy so I went to another dealer back then too.

Everything went fine. In fact we stayed there for about an hour and a half negotiating and I think I got a real good price on it because of my negotiation abilities. We really got a good bargain. They have a fine group of people. In fact they assist us each and every time. We would use them again.

They tricked my sister into buying a forty thousand mile run and one year old Toyota corolla for $ 18000 which was above the actual price. They tried to trick me into doing the transmission work stating that I have done too many miles on it. They use cheap oil. They were doing everything they could to get every penny they could. I would not buy a car from them even if somebody held a gun against me. I would not use them again in the future.
