Initially we thought very well as far as the plumbing fixtures went--lots of advice. However a number of items were problematic--custom tub was the wrong size, finish of side by side kitchen sinks didn't match. In the case of the tub this was installed under granite before the problem was discovered. This meant jackhammering out the granite to take it out--they covered the additional cost but there was no way to make up the time delay. The granite fabricator discovered the kitchen sink problem--creating another delay. It was clear that they had never checked these products when they came in. One high end--not sure why we needed it to high end--garbage disposal had dull blades and was replaced in the first month. A sink faucet doesn't reach the center of the garbage disposal drain so water goes everywhere. Multiple sink catch drains have failed and on and on. High end products that are not worth the money--no follow up after purchase. As for the hardware, multiple reiterations sorting out mistakes--poorly organized.

Wow!  I just drove away with my first-ever BMW, and I have to say that I had the BEST buying experience of a vehicle in my lifetime!  (Yes…..it's true).  Danielle Charlier was my salesperson at Santa Fe BMW.  I first met her online when I inquired via email about a new BMW.  She met with me at the dealership later that week, took my husband and I for a test drive in a vehicle that we were interested in, and she ended up being the one that sold me the vehicle.  Danielle was one of many we met with today while purchasing my vehicle, and they all could not have been nicer!  I highly recommend Santa Fe BMW as well as Danielle Charlier.  Again……it was the best experience I've ever had purchasing a vehicle!
