On the treatment day, he and his son arrived early (after calling first to make sure it was ok to do so) and were respectful of our home and property. Our previous termite guy made a wreck of the area around the foundation, destroying parts of a flowerbed in the process. Tim took care to treat the area and return it to its previous condition.
